Not 100% satisfied with your item? We offer 30 days return and exchange service

Please get in touch with us via email if you run across any problems while using our products. Within 1-2 business days, we will provide a satisfactory response. To exchange or return an item, here's what you need to know.

You have 30 days after purchase to exchange or return by mail unless noted in our exceptions. Please provide your receipt or order number, so that we can proceed.

Refund & Exchange Exceptions

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all items must be unused and in their original condition, including the original packaging or box. We reserve the right to decline returns or exchanges for any item that is:

  • not in its original condition
  • damaged or missing parts for reasons other than our faults

We'll send you an email to let you know when we've received and examined your return when it arrives. Additionally, we'll notify you if your request has been approved or denied. Within 1-2 business days of the decision, your approved refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be returned to your credit card or the original method of payment.

Items sold and shipped by LAMU can be replaced when found defective or damaged. Please contact us at organizingwithlamu@gmail.com and let us know whether you need a new replacement or a refund. We will provide a free replacement for damaged or defective items caused by shipping or our faults.

How long does delivery take?


All orders are shipped within 4-9 business days. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact our support team at organizingwithlamu@gmail.com.

Can You Provide a Tracking Number?

All tracking numbers will be emailed to customers as soon as the tracking information becomes available.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed and/or shipped. If you wish to cancel your order before processing and/or shipping, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to cover restocking and refund charges assessed by credit card companies.

Invalid Reasons:

Buyer no longer wants the items - We cannot honor this request as it is important for us to maintain great value at Lamu. Buyers should ensure their intention to purchase items before submitting an order, not afterward. Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Buyer found items cheaper elsewhere - Buyers should be confident in their willingness to pay the listed prices before placing an order. Once an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
